The best place for Yoga on Poipu Beach in Kauai is at the Sheraton Kauai. For Sheraton guests the yoga is free. The yoga sessions are 1 1/4 hours and are held on the lawn next to the beach. Sessions are on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 8:30 AM. Meet at the registration desk at the Sheraton a few minutes early and bring 2 beach towels.
